Q and A
lighting levels....... - Posted by: Dave Rutledge on 3/13/2012
Will these cameras capture images in dim/candle lighting situations?
What else do I need besides these two cameras and the joy stick switcher/mixer in order to film and capture images to Ustream live?

ProductionView DV Capture is on our website this will allow you to convert analog video and audio to digital. It works with both Mac and PC.

Dory,
Thanks for responding. So what do I need to be able to run a couple of cameras in our auditorium/chapel for the purpose of Ustreaming chapel and sports events so parents can get a clear quality video/audio signal?
Dave

You will need an audio and video encoder in order to stream online. I suggest looking at the Microboards EZCaster for this purpose. If you need assistance please feel free to call me at 800-925-5776 for suggestions.
Ustream application - Posted by: Dave Rutledge on 3/13/2012
Will these cameras run for Ustream live on a Mac Desktop? We have pre-wired our buildng with Cat 5, will they work with a Cat 5 feed?
Thanks Dave

No not directly into your computer using CAT5. The CAT5 connections on this camera is designed for the Vaddio Quick Connect Box that converts the CAT5 connection to a composite video signal and connection for the AC power supply.

Does this system supports DV or S Video out? I have a Videonics switcher that I would like to use?
RE: Video Outputs - Posted by: Dana Daniel on 7/14/2011
Hello. The Wallview 100PTZ supports s-video and composite using a CAT5 translator block. If your Videonics supports these, all should work fine. Thank you and please call for any needs.
