New instal for nursery - Posted by: ckrager on 6/12/2012 I am looking to install a new speaker to the nursery at our church. What type of input does this speaker have? Does it require an amp for power, or is it powered itself? Thanks. RE: New instal for nursery - Posted by: Dory Hornsby on 6/14/2012 This is a 70 volt speaker which will require a 70 volt amplifier. We do have a category on our website at www.allprosound.com that you can see what we offer for 70 volt amplifiers. This speaker uses bare leads meaning you will use 16 gauge speaker wire and wire nuts (you can get these at home depot in the electrical section) to connect them together and then you can connect the speaker cable to your amp.
