Is This radio a replacement for the reliable Motorola CLS1110? Is that model discontinued?

The CLS1110 has up to 56 frequencies where as the XTNXV1100 has 27. Both models are still available.

Does this radio have a belt clip? If it does not how much is a holster? Also Does All Pro sell headsets to go with this radio?
