Comments:
I was looking for a good small choir mic, I found it! These are great mics, I've used them at my church as well as a couple of college, and High school jobs. Everyone has complimented how great they sound vs other mics they've used. My one "gripe" is they are a bit fragile, so be careful when transporting them. I wish where they" join together" was a bit stiffer.

Q and A
wireless choir mics - Posted by: Dale Gosch on 1/28/2013 |
 |
| Our church is completely wireless Shure SLX hand held and lavalier with battery packs microphones with transmitters. I am looking for wireless choir mics to integrate into our system. Which model would you recommend to both pickup congregation singing , mics for stage productions, and for choir music? Does Shure make a choir mic that I could use with the battery pack transmitters we already have? I am planning on purchasing 2 to 4 of them. |

| I just got my microphone & I'm not quite sure how to assemble it and attach it to a stand. Do you have any instructions other than the spec sheet that only shows a diagram? |

| How does the Acacia Audio choir microphone compare to the microboom ones?
Thanks. |

| The Acacia choir microphone compares very favorably with the Audix Microboom. They are both similar in clarity and tone. The Audix seems to work better in a very high stage volume environment and it also has optional interchangeable capsules and different length booms. The Acacia mic has a single boom size and capsule. Of course they are priced accordingly to reflect that fact. I can tell you that we've had excellent success with the Acacia microphone in the field. |

| I need to know the actual length of the carbon boom. I see only the height of the floor stand. Thanks |
