It has an omni-directional polar pattern which allows a full 360 degree pick up of sound, providing a natural blend of voice and ambiance.  It is low in sensitivity to speech produced "popping sounds" and breath overloads during close-up situations, and is less susceptible to wind and clothing noise.  it's distinguishing clarity in close talk operation and excellent gain before feedback make it suitable for mobile situations.
 
The microphone has a detachable/interchangeable cable for universal purpose and it is terminated with a connector that allows quick connection to a compatible power module or a body pack wireless transmitter.

We cannot confirm if this will work with any other wireless systems using the 3.5mm termination. Mics of these types should be about 1/2 " out and back from the corner of your mouth, just out of "wind" range. These microphones have won shootouts over other brands costing 3-6 times more.
