Functionally good. Premature Wire fatigue at connector. We have 2Ew 100 systems . We have had to replace 5 microphones and made at least 6 repairs. The 1/8" diameter wire is too flimsy for any kind of reliable Longevity. That is what makes this a POOR Value.

Thank you for your inquiry. The 1/8-inch (3.5mm) plug on the Sennheiser ME2 microphone is a balanced (tip-ring-sleeve or TRS) connector. I have the replacement connector in stock which includes the threaded sleeve that screws down into the beltpack. This item ships free for $12.00.
