ALL PRO SOUND CUSTOMER CONFIDENCE AGREEMENT

 

I. 30-day “No Regrets” Customer Satisfaction Pledge:

Your complete satisfaction is our number one priority. If, for any reason, you are not happy with your purchase; you may return it, no questions asked, during the first 30 days of ownership. Beginning with the shipping date and extending 30 days, we will gladly refund your purchase price or exchange your purchase for another item of equal value.*

*Certain restrictions and charges apply. A re-stocking fee will be added to any returned item that is received in less than “new” condition. See sections IV, V, VI, and VII below for additional terms, restrictions, and freight charges.

II. 30-Day Warranty:

We pledge that your product will work as designed for a period of 30 days commencing with the shipping date. During this time, we will expedite the repair or replacement of your item at no charge to you, based on the terms of the manufacturer’s warranty. Simply call our Customer Service hotline at 1-800-925-5776 and we will assist you.

During and after the 30-day period, all manufacturers’ warranty terms apply. The 30-day period does not extend the length of the manufacturers’ warranty. All Pro Sound makes no warranties, expressed or implied.

III. How to Make a Claim:

Call our Customer Service hotline at 1-800-925-5776 during regular business hours (Monday-Friday 8:30 A.M.-5:30 P.M. Central), and we will provide you with instructions and a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA).

IV. Returned Item Condition:

All returns must be in “like new” condition with no signs of internal/external abuse or wear. Returned items must be packed using the original packaging and all documentation (owner’s manuals, blank warranty card, quick start guides, etc.) must be included. A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number (issued by All Pro Sound) is required.

V. Restocking Fee:

Any items returned to All Pro Sound in less than new condition and/or without original packaging and documentation, as outlined above in Section IV, will incur a re-stocking fee. We reserve the right to refuse any returns that, in our estimation, are not in re-sellable condition.

VI. Restrictions:

Certain items cannot be returned for credit or exchange including (but not limited to): drum shields, Blank media (cd’s, dvd’s, blue-ray, etc…), software, smoke/fog machines, fluids, lamps, bulbs, videos, books, screens, video projectors, personal items (such as in-ear monitors, etc.), special orders, discontinued products, close-outs, and used products.

VII. Freight Costs:

With the exception of defective items, all freight costs both ways (to and from us) are the responsibility of the customer. This includes items that were originally purchased as part of a “Free Shipping” promotion. As outlined in Section IV above, all returns must have an All Pro Sound issued RMA number on the package.

VIII. What to do if you have Shipping Damage:

Upon delivery, refuse packages that show obvious external damage, and they will be returned to us for adjustment. Immediately upon receipt, open all packages and inspect for internal damage and/or shortages. Call our Customer Service hotline at 1-800-925-5776 for assistance.
