General Description: 

The IT Support Specialist focuses on areas of computer operations, user and desktop support (hardware and software), helpdesk tickets, and data management.  The IT Support Specialist may also assist in server related duties such as software and hardware upgrades, daily backups and restores and networking related tasks. This position may, at times, require working extended hours during the work week and occasionally on weekends.

Essential Job Duties:

  • Assist in support of users with problems related to computer hardware and software on Windows, Mac and Linux operating systems.
  • Assist users with password requests or locked account resets in a Windows Active Directory domain and Office 365 environment.
  • Diagnose and repair printer related issues whether it be software/driver related or hardware issues such as paper jams or toner swaps.
  • Assist in moving office equipment when users relocate desks and in setting up new users with computer and phone systems.
  • Assist in setting up and maintaining hardware and software for Windows and Linux servers on both physical and virtual servers.
  • Monitor daily backups and assist in file/folder recovery requests.
  • Monitor reporting systems related to computer and network health (e.g. firewall logs, backup logs, inventory scans, etc.) to proactively resolve issues before they develop into larger problems.
  • Perform other duties of a similar nature and level as directed by supervisor.


Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Ability to listen to users’ problem and quickly diagnose and resolve issues.
  • Proficiency in working with Windows 7, Windows 10 and Mac operating systems in a domain environment with group policies.
  • Good understanding in usage and installation of Microsoft Office products including Word, Excel and Outlook.
  • Good understanding of cyber threats such as viruses, phishing, malware and the ability to use software tools to remove viruses and malware from systems if affected.
  • Effective verbal and written communications skills.
  • The ability to work cooperatively and effectively with coworkers and supervisor.
  • The ability to handle multiple tasks effectively and be well organized.


Education and Experience:

An Associate Degree in the field of Information Technology and 3 years of experience working in an IT support role; or any equivalent combination of education, training and experience needed to successfully perform the essential duties of this position.   The following is preferred but not required:  Experience working with web-based CMS applications such as Wordpress, Jooma as well as general PHP, ASP, ASP.NET coding skills and MySQL/MSSQL with ability to write SQL queries. General networking administration tasks on Cisco and Ubiquiti systems.

Physical Demands and Work Environment:

This position is in a general office environment.  The employee is regularly required to sit, stand, walk, bend, stoop, use hands and fingers, reach and push with hands and arms and lift items.  The employee is frequently required to use a computer, printer, multi-line phone system, and to converse and listen.

Job Title:         Senior Director of Finance & Accounting

General Description: 

This key position for a 40-year-old, growing organization will report directly to our Chief Financial Officer and be a part of our leadership team that meets weekly to monitor performance and help craft our future strategic direction.  The selected candidate will have frequent interaction with All Pro’s President to help analyze key performance metrics and to measure those versus industry trends.  Additionally, this individual will be responsible for the financial planning, budgeting, forecasting and construction accounting for our company.  

Essential Job Duties:
  • Manage our work in job process completion percentage in accordance with GAAP for placement into the company’s monthly Profit & Loss Statement and Balance Sheet
  • Modify and streamline company’s process to provide management with more accurate job costing information associated with Job Estimation and Work in Process (WIP)
  • Perform all treasury management functions including cash management and forecasting
  • Manage the company’s insurance risk management
  • Responsibility for management of our payroll, accounts payable, accounts receivable, & contract management functions    
  • In conjunction with HR, process payments and recording of transactions related to our employee benefit plans
  • Prepare annual budgets and regular forecasting to update management on the current forecast compared to budgeted expectations
  • Ensure the completeness of and manage the process for all tax compliance reporting
  • Record recurring monthly GL adjustments as prepared and/or reviewed by CFO (accruals, depreciation, payrolls, etc.)
  • Handle communications via all mediums regarding disputes, questions, or updates for various inquiries received (i.e. IRS notices, sales tax notices, employment verifications, payroll data)   
  • Function as the point person for annual audit of workers’ compensation and general liability insurance, plus other company audits by researching and compiling information for review
  • Prepare confidential documents for secure storage (bank, checking, payroll, 401k, etc.)
  • Perform month-end duties (closing the books, preparing and issuing financial statements, etc.)
  • Compile information and prepare financial reports and documents as requested
  • Supervise, accounting and finance staff, provide counseling and training as needed
  • Develop and drive comparative analytics to measure KPI’s
  • Other duties of a similar nature and level as assigned

Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Minimum five years of experience working in a business using construction accounting principles with an excellent knowledge and application of generally accepted accounting principles relative to completion methods for accounting in the construction industry
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • The ability to supervise and direct the work of a staff
  • Proficiency with computers, MS Office, Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Extensive knowledge of payroll employee benefit compliance and procedures
  • The ability to plan, organize, and implement tasks successfully to meet deadlines
  • Ability to analyze complex problems, draw relevant conclusions and implement solutions
  • The ability to create and interpret complex financial reports and business documents
  • The ability to convey complex information in a way that others can readily understand


Education and Experience:

A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA/MBA is preferred) with ten years of advanced level accounting/finance experience including:
  • Percentage of completion construction accounting (WIP)
  • Financial Budgeting
  • Financial Trending Projections
  • Business analytics
or any equivalent combination of education, training and experience which enables the candidate to successfully perform the essential duties of this position
