The Sales Program Administrator will drive the collaboration, and successful execution, between Sweetwater Sales Engineers and All Pro Integrated Systems. General Description:


The Sales Program Administrator will drive the collaboration, and successful execution, between Sweetwater Sales Engineers and All Pro Integrated Systems. This position will work in both 4D (Sweetwater’s CRM and SRC (All Pro’s CRM) to provide accurate information and to make timely decisions whether or not opportunities will be accepted into our SWAP’s system for execution by All Pro’s Regional Sales Managers. The Sales Administrator will make critical business decisions about the viability of SWAPS leads as well as coordinating qualifying box sales between Sweetwater and All Pro.

Essential Job Duties:
  • Vetting for all SWAPS leads to ensure they meet the qualifying criteria for acceptance and intake in our portal
  • Decide on distribution to the appropriate Regional Sales Manager based on the prospects’ geography, segment vertical and the work load of our Acct Managers
  • Decide on appropriate assignment of non-qualifying leads to 3rd party partners for leads they deem viable to pursue
  • Provide Timely Communication and exceptional support for our internal clients

-- SWAPS

  • Managing SWAPS program and relationships with Sweetwater Sales Engineers
  • Receive, evaluate and decide validity of all new SWAPS leads
  • Distribute viable SWAPS leads to the appropriate Reginal Sales Manager based on a number of factors
  • Communicate with Sweetwater Sales Engineers to effectively explain the viability of non-qualified leads
  • Maintain timely tracking and distribution of SWAP’s performance reports

-- Box Sales


  • Manage box sales for both Sweetwater and APS Regional Sales Managers
  • As box sales are needed from All Pro, determine what can be sold by Sweetwater and distribute to appropriate Sweetwater Sales Engineer
  • Manage Sweetwater box sales for products they don’t have access to
  • Coordinate with Sweetwater Sales Engineers on products that can or cannot be sold by All Pro or that are installation only

-- Coordination on Large Clients

  • Ensure a proper level of communication among, Sweetwater Sales Engineers, Regional Sales Managers and mutual prospects to ensure projection coordination that results in a good customer experience


Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Strong interpersonal and analytical skills with the ability to communicate effectively in oral and written forms

Education and Experience: 

The Sales Program Administrator should possess a bachelor’s degree in Business or Marketing plus have a minimum of 5 years of sales experience, or a combination of education, training and experience which allows the person to successfully perform the essential functions of this position.  Previous sales experience in the audiovisual industry is highly desirable.

The Project Manager will coordinate all resources required for each project including both personnel and material to enable a satisfactory completion of each project.  Additionally, the Project Manager will take a leadership role in setting standards and best practices and initiating tracking and reporting mechanisms for projects and programs. It is expected that this position will require a considerable amount of travel.

Essential Job Duties:
  • Responsible for supervision of all personnel and activities on project sites
  • Obtain and read all contract documents including, but not limited to, bid drawings & specifications, contracts, subcontractor scopes of work, and construction schedules
  • Acquire a thorough understanding of project requirements and objectives including, but not limited to, contractual, financial, technical, schedule, construction coordination, materials, personnel, and scope of work
  • Coordinate all in house activities associated with project execution including, but not limited to, submittals, engineering, fabrication and installation, programming, commissioning, testing and troubleshooting
  • Facilitate internal project kick-off meeting that includes the appropriate All Pro personnel
  • Create and manage the project schedule
  • Function as the focal point for internal and external project communication and documentation including, but not limited to, requests for information (RFI), change order documents, site readiness letters, delay or compression notification, safety reporting, material hand off inventory, punch lists, close out documents.
  • Provide weekly updates of job progress, percentage of completion, and project end dates
  • Responsible for ordering of all project equipment, hardware, and aerial lift rentals

Job Title:        Installation Technician

General Description: 

The Installation Technician will install audio, video, and lighting integrated systems in commercial venues, houses of worship, governmental buildings and businesses throughout the country while working as a productive team member to meet established project design and deadlines. Extensive overnight travel is required. Working over 40 hours in a work week may also be required.

Essential Job Duties:   
 
  • Ability to follow directions given by the Lead Technician or Project Manager to ensure proper scope of work
  • Proficient in the ability to read and decipher blueprints and schematics
  • Ability to use basic hand and power tools
  • Considerable skill in soldering techniques
  • Strong trouble shooting and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to quickly process information, prioritize job tasks and meet deadlines
  • Experience with various techniques used in pulling wire and cable
  • Ability to work cooperatively and effectively within a team
  • Responsible for reporting on-site risks and issues to the Lead Technician to ensure efficient resolution and comply with project time-line and budget
  • Responsible for keeping track of personal timecard which includes clocking in and out of the correct job assignment
  • Drive our commercial vehicles which requires a DOT commercial driver's medical certificate.
  • Must have a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record and ability to pass background checks and drug tests for project security clearance at all times as requested by customers and clients

General Description:

Responsible for selling smaller integrated AVL systems while adhering to the goals and objectives established by the VP of Sales. The All Pro Express Regional Sales Manager is responsible for meeting sales revenue goals, developing and maintaining valued customer relationships, expanding the company's current customer base within an assigned geographic region, and developing and maintaining professional customer service and sales skills.  This position requires a considerable amount of travel.

Essential Job Duties:

  • Responsible for servicing existing client base while generating new business to expand customer base and increase revenue.
  • Establish, develop and maintain positive business and client relationships.
  • Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within established timeframe.

This key position for a 40-year-old, growing organization will report directly to our Chief Financial Officer and be a part of our leadership team that meets weekly to monitor performance and help craft our future strategic direction.  The selected candidate will have frequent interaction with All Pro’s President to help analyze key performance metrics and to measure those versus industry trends.  Additionally, this individual will be responsible for the financial planning, budgeting, forecasting and construction accounting for our company.  

Essential Job Duties:
  • Manage our work in job process completion percentage in accordance with GAAP for placement into the company’s monthly Profit & Loss Statement and Balance Sheet
  • Modify and streamline company’s process to provide management with more accurate job costing information associated with Job Estimation and Work in Process (WIP)
  • Perform all treasury management functions including cash management and forecasting
  • Manage the company’s insurance risk management
  • Responsibility for management of our payroll, accounts payable, accounts receivable, & contract management functions    
  • In conjunction with HR, process payments and recording of transactions related to our employee benefit plans
  • Prepare annual budgets and regular forecasting to update management on the current forecast compared to budgeted expectations
  • Ensure the completeness of and manage the process for all tax compliance reporting
  • Record recurring monthly GL adjustments as prepared and/or reviewed by CFO (accruals, depreciation, payrolls, etc.)
  • Handle communications via all mediums regarding disputes, questions, or updates for various inquiries received (i.e. IRS notices, sales tax notices, employment verifications, payroll data)   
  • Function as the point person for annual audit of workers’ compensation and general liability insurance, plus other company audits by researching and compiling information for review
